🚚 We ship across India with reliable courier partners. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
1. Shipping Zones & Coverage
We currently ship to all major cities and pin codes across India. For remote areas, delivery may take additional 2-3 days.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch. Metro cities: 2–4 days. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once shipped.
3. Shipping Charges
✅ Free shipping on orders above ₹499 (unless otherwise stated). For orders below ₹499, a flat rate of ₹40 applies.
4. Order Processing & Cutoff
Orders placed before 2 PM (IST) on business days are processed same day. Orders after cutoff or on weekends/holidays are processed next business day.
5. Address Changes & Undelivered
Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned due to incorrect address or not claimed, you will be charged re-shipping fee.
6. Damaged / Lost in Transit
If your product arrives visibly damaged, please report within 48 hours with photo/video to sairamled1@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per return policy.
